Leo Vieira Seminar!
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting special guest Leo Vieira at C3 on October 15th at noon for a special invitational BJJ workout!
Leonardo Vieira, also known as Leozinho or simply Leo Vieira, is a BJJ black belt under Romero Cavalcanti, being famous for combining one of the most crowd-pleasing games in BJJ with an amazing track record. A fierce competitor and world renowned coach, Leo has helped shape and develop top BJJ athletes such as Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida, Joao Assis, and more.

Congratulations to our four fighters who emerged victorious at the Tulalip Casino on January 29th!
-Joessie Gonzales won her MMA bout via 2nd round TKO, with a beautiful head&arm throw to ground£ finish!
-Bilal Hasan won his first amateur MMA title with a 3rd round TKO victory, making it look easy!
-Ryan Kuchinski made his successful professional debut, grinding out a hard fought unanimous decision victory!
-Chris “Bad Apple” Vasil lived up to his nickname with a bloody 2nd round TKO win!
A #SUCC3SSFUL Return to the Cage for Ryan!
After more than a year long layoff, C3 amateur Ryan Kuchinski made his return to competition at Fight Quest 2 in Auburn; Ryan dominated the entire fight, scoring two big takedowns and landing some vicious ground and pound before getting the win via rear naked choke in the first round! Congratulations Ryan!
Bilal Improves to 3-0!
Barely a month after his previous victory at Legion of Combat 1, Bilal Hasan stepped up on two days notice and picked up another win at Legion of Combat 2! Bilal showed beautiful striking before dropping his opponent with a beautiful left hook to the liver that led to the finish; congratulations Bilal!

Ryan Kuchinski Returns to the Cage!
We’re extremely excited and thankful for fight shows to be happening once again in our state, and we’re excited to get C3 amateur Ryan Kuchinski back into the cage! Ryan will be the main event of the Fight Quest 2 card in Auburn. General admission starts at $45, and the show is expected to sell out so get yours quick! Good luck Ryan!
Bilal Wins his 2nd MMA Bout!
Barely a month after collecting his first MMA win, C3 amateur Bilal Hasan stepped back into the cage at Legion of Combat 1 in Everett! Bilal’s impressive striking arsenal was once again on full display, as well as some new tools as Bilal showed off some wrestling ability as well en route to a 2nd round TKO victory! Congratulations Bilal!
