"Mixed Martial Arts" is a term that was coined in the early days of the Ultimate Fighting Championship to describe the blended use of martial art techniques from different styles to achieve victory in a combat setting.
Charlie's Combat Club combines it's Kickboxing and Grappling techniques as well as sport specific maneuvers to create a proven and effective style of fighting.
Our Mixed Martial Arts class on Fridays at 5pm is taught by C3 pro Chris Vasil, and the class teaches our students how to start combining the different elements of Mixed Martial Arts together. Students of Charlie's Combat Club are encouraged to first develop their skill sets of Kickboxing and Grappling before moving onto Mixed Martial Arts Classes.
If students wish, they can test themselves in our "Fighter's Training Classes" or through actual competition once proficiency has been displayed.
